If you need to Cancel, Amend or Reschedule the appointment, please give 48hrs notice or deposits will be lost.
If you are a No-show, you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment or you will not be booked in again.

Gift voucher appointments and prepaid touch-ups are subject to our cancellation policy and will be forfeited if adequate notice is not given.
